Trash Troubles at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park (Lower level)

“Dear PoPville,

The park service empties the upper level trash cans regularly but not the lower level. The 16th St side of the grounds need all the trash picked up badly. It’s beginning to look like a dump area.”
