A reader reports last night: “Reliable tavern on Georgia closed today with minimal notice to staff and no notice to patrons. New ownership deal fell through apparently. This is from a (now) former employee.”

Reliable Tavern’s Social media was last updated July 12th. I have previously been told they had a lease through 2026. Their website is still live but google has them listed as “temporarily closed”:
