Not in Rock Creek but AlertDC warns:
“DDOT reports high standing water in the westbound lanes of the 800-900 blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, between 7th and 9th Streets. Only the left lane is passable. Please take caution and use alternate routes.”
