“Good Ducking Burger came together as a way to express both the personal passion and professional techniques of Chef Ashish Alfred of Alfred Restaurant Group.
Deep down, chefs are often trying to express their heritage. As an Indian American, French-trained, flavor-loving chef, this is Al’s love letter to worldly flavors and well-practiced techniques. The dishes are as French as they are Latino, as American as they are Indian. Butter chicken: Indian. Deep fried, duck confit: French. Fries covered in cheese sauce? You get the point, and it all comes together just as deliciously as it sounds.
With Good Ducking Burger, we’re not trying to take ourselves too seriously, either…Just look at what we named the place.”
