I had a run in with this lady back in June on the 1800 block of Columbia Road NW at the entrance of Kalorama Park.
It was at about 10pm and I was taking my dog out. She was walking on the street and kept staring at us. Then she walked across the street and kept staring then started walking toward us.
I couldn’t hear her everything she was mumbling but I heard “that effing dog” several times and she had something in her hand. She followed me as I walked back to my building. I called MPD and they seemed more annoyed than anything and never followed up. She’s going to hurt someone and MPD is going to say they had no idea and that there was nothing they could do.”
