“wanted to share this little tip about how to apparently you can avoid parking tickets. This Virginia SUV is always parked in the same spot. Then around the time DC parking enforcement officers make their rounds, this same vehicle is magically covered up. The driver or owner lives in the adjacent apartment building, saw him run out to uncover this SUV while I was waiting to catch the bus. I did a quick search and according to DC parking records, this vehicle has over $2800 in parking fines! I guess he got the hint and invested in a $25 cover to make his Chevy invisible and have free parking!”
