Last Monday we reported that 7 Eleven in Mount Pleasant posts “Store Closing Deals!”. This morning Josh sends: “Bye-bye 7-Eleven in Mount Pleasant. The speculation is
that the building has been sold to a developer that will put retail on the ground floor and condos above. Looking at the building my guess is that they will be able to do this b/c the building is newer so not a contributing structure to this historic district.”
