Anthem “point of sale provider had an intermittent glitch for a brief period last week”, if you were double charged they will reverse it!

“Dear PoPville,

I went to the Postal Service show on Tuesday 9/5 at the Anthem, and it turns out they double charged me for my drinks. I called them about it and they said it was a widespread problem for a couple of shows… Update: The refund posted to my account.”

The Anthem tells me: “Our new point of sale provider had an intermittent glitch for a brief period last week. It has been rectified.

We’re combing through every transaction to ensure they are accurate and when not, reversing the inaccurate charge. This process will take several days. If any customer has a question they can reach out to [email protected].”
