I have a question about the compost pilot program. We were accepted at my house for the pilot and received the welcome pack in the mail. But,
we haven’t gotten the compost bucket yet. Have others had the same experience? Have they not distributed the buckets yet and just jumped the gun on sending the welcome packet?”
