Last week we learned that the H&M in Penn Quarter would be closing August 5th.
[Ed. Note: I hear H&M is currently looking for a new, smaller space, in Penn Quarter – stay tuned.] I’m told the space has already been leased to a CVS. And speaking of CVS another tipster tells me that the retail space at 400 Massachusetts Ave, NW currently home to a CVS is now for lease.
