“To the two older men with the aggressive off leash dog on Klingle”

A reader writes:

“To the two older men with the aggressive off leash dog on Klingle,

I was walking behind you at the top of the Klingle Valley Trail when I saw your dog ahead of you It was barking and lunging very aggressively at a DC public works employee who was very clearly scared. You had no control over your dog, who ignored your yells to stop.

You finally got your dog to continue on into Tregaron and I commented after you that dogs need to be leashed, especially if they’re aggressive. Instead of responding in a mature and reasonable way, you proceeded to mock me, telling me sarcastically that I must be very smart. I responded that I am and that DC regulations support me.

The entitlement as well as the lack of responsibility and common decency was appalling and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Leash your fucking dogs DC. Even if they’re well behaved.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
