“yesterday (Wednesday) the city came around and hung new street signs, today (Thursday) they came around and ticketed everyone during 9:30am-1130am… The thing is these street signs say sweeping is between 930PM-1130PM. All tickets from June 29th in Ivy City on Central PL NE aren’t issuable.
The best part of all of this is the city never did any street sweeping this week or last week…or most weeks. If you hang signs to do street sweeping then do your street sweeping.”
