Sunday night around 9:30/9:40 PM, a man exposed himself to me on the metro in between Dupont Cirlce and Woodley Park.
He was a black man in his late 20s/early 30s, around 5’8, lanky and wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants. He also had a blue bike. Telling from the way he smirked at me and the ease he did this, he had definitely done this before. I reported this to the Metro Police, but I am writing here as a warning for others. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident, but I am trying to spread the word in case it wasn’t.”
