We are looking to finally pull the trigger on getting a roof deck installed on our row house. But, the people who we thought we were gonna use are no longer doing business in DC. Does anyone out there have experience and can recommend roof deck installers who work in DC, are licensed, will take care of the permits and do good work?
If the details matter, we’re looking to have them build a pretty big two level deck with a set of stairs and we have a design in mind that they might need to tweak a bit depending on permitting requirements. Thank you!”
