Wilson Pool Remains Closed “due to the HVAC/Ventilation systems not being fully operational”

“Dear PoPville,

An update on the Wilson Aquatic Center closure from DC Health:

‘The closure was primarily due to the HVAC/Ventilation systems not being fully operational.

This affected the indoor ambient air temperature and overall air quality condition. The DC Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is working to remediate the issue. Once issues have been corrected, DC Health will conduct a re-inspection to determine if the facility is approved to resume operations.'”
