The liquor license placard says:

“A restaurant with a Total Occupancy Load of 130 with seating for 115. Sidewalk Café with a Total Occupancy Load of 90 with seating for 80. The licensee is also requesting an Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery and Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement.”

Phillips Seafood and Street Carts opened here (15th and P) in June 2019 and closed in November 2020. Tortilla Coast closed here back in 2017. Prior to Tortilla Coast this prime space was home to McCormick Paints.
