“Sad: Pan-Am Market seems to be gone for good”

“Dear PoPville,

Any idea what happened here at Pan Am Market? At the corner of Brown and Newton in Mt Pleasant the corner store seemed to be abandoned for a few months but now looks completely empty. There’s also a vacant sign.

Any idea if something new is coming? It’s an awesome building and good location.”
