The liquor license placard for Baby Shank says:
“New Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant serving French Bistro cuisine.
Seating Capacity of 150, Total Occupancy Load of 415, Summer Garden with 220 seats, and a Sidewalk Cafe with 20 seats. The Licensee is also requesting to provide live Entertainment and Dancing inside of the premises, and for the outdoor Sidewalk Café and Summer Garden.”
