“It is with a very heavy heart that I deliver news of Eliezer “Chef Ziggy” Albino Segui’s passing last week. He will be sorely missed by his community.

I can say that, when I last saw him in April, he was all smiles, doing exactly what he loved: sharing his food, humor, and culture with others in DC.”
There was a small gathering in his honor at Columbia Heights Plaza yesterday.
