M reports: “I was at MedStar (110 Irving St NW) today for a PT appt at the rehab hospital when we smelled smoke then had to shelter in place due to a fire.
Turns out it was a carbecue right outside the parking garage! Traffic was diverted to the back entrance for a while.”
