Thanks to Ryan for sending: “I’ve walked past this coming soon sign at the SE corner of Lincoln Park (the former Lincoln Park Kitchen & Wine Bar) many times but only just noticed this coming soon sign is for Pacci’s (of Silver Spring).
I’m not sure if there’s been any activity here recently.
My family in Silver Spring loves this place and had heard rumors of a DC location. I’d love another pizza place in the neighborhood.”
In April ANC rep Allison Horn wrote: “Pacci’s (restaurant coming to the 13th street side of Lincoln Park) is seeking zoning relief to use all three floors for commercial use in order to create a 130 seat neighborhood Italian restaurant.”
On December 3rd she updated: “Today’s batch of 6B permits includes a permit issued to Pacci’s, on the 13th Street side of Lincoln Park!” [Thanks to ANC Rep Corey Holman for his updates too.]
