“CityCenterDC will continue the holiday celebrations in The Park at CityCenterDC with the return of its famous Ice Maze on December 10th-12th. The 2021 maze will be created with 130,000 pounds of ice, topping the maze’s record-breaking debut in 2019 by 20,000 pounds and making it the largest clear ice maze in the US.
While this event is free and open to the public, CityCenterDC is encouraging visitors of the Ice Maze to make a donation to Children’s National Hospital Foundation and help spread the gift of giving in the community.
WHAT: The center will shatter its previous records with a 130,000-pound clear ice maze in The Park at CityCenterDC. The Illuminating Ice Maze will be lit with multicolored lights adding a dazzling rainbow of colors to the frosty maze.
WHEN: December 10th from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.
December 11th and 12th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
(Closed to the public from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. each day for chilling repairs)
