I live near Audi Field and whenever there is a DC United game (and sometimes other events) all parking decorum goes out the window. People park wherever they’d like without concern for others.

At Wednesday’s game, someone parked in the middle of the crosswalk and obstructed access. It’s not the first time someone has parked in this crosswalk. There are individuals who live in the residential building they rely on this access. I’ve called 311 and reported it, which does nothing. Other than 311 is there anyone else I could contact to get cars that park like this towed?”
