Akedo is next door to the coming Little Chicken/Grazie Nonna. Akedo’s placard says:

“A Tavern that will serve Japanese street food

with a Total Occupancy Load of 257 and seating for 199. Summer Garden with a seating capacity of 62. Entertainment Endorsement to provide live entertainment indoors and outdoors, with Dancing and Cover Charge.”

SHOTO’s placard says:
