“Dear PoPville,

Having a horrible experience with the DC parking portal! The previous occupant of my apartment unit didn’t update their address, so I’m unable to get a visitor permit. Two of their operators told me I had to (somehow?) get in touch with this person to get them to change/delete.

Now, a third operator asked me to upload my lease to my portal account so they can verify. Seems like a major flaw in the system that when someone moves the new tenant is just screwed and has to jump through hoops.

Update Ok; finally got them to change after I uploaded my lease and was on hold for 30 minutes. I’m now, finally able to get the permit. But insane that I had to jump through so many hoops.”
