Back in September 2020 we learned that a “a Vietnamese coffee shop/deli” was coming here. Turns out it’s a Pho Viet USA – thanks to Lily for sending the new signage!
These are the same folks behind the ones on H Street, NE, in Petworth, and Columbia Heights.
