According to one of the workers, Columbia Heights Target (14th and Irving/Park Road, NW) is under construction because they are putting a mini Ulta inside. Customer service, the food vendor, and Starbucks are being redone so that a very large Starbucks can go in. The Pizza Hut is being removed.”
