“The District’s reported data for Saturday, May 22, 2021 includes 21 new positive coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the District’s overall positive case total to 48,748.

The District reported that 2 additional residents lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Tragically, 1,127 District residents have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
