I live in DC and have been thinking about getting my first tattoo. I want to find a great artist in the DC area, give the artist some loose parameters, and then let him/her do the rest. Trying to find a reputable artist / parlor around town. I saw that you posted an article in 2017 about tattoo artists, but that was a few years ago and things might have changed since then. Would you mind possibly floating the same question again? I appreciate the help!!!!”
