Update: From an email, “Some information in regards to the rebranding of Silo. We are changing the concept to a Bavarian Food Hall called Prost DC. I’ve attached our menus and we are planning on opening next Thursday 10/22.” Check out the menu ProstDCMenu (PDF)

Thanks to Laetitia-Laure and other for sending photos of the current signage at Silo:

“do you know anything about Silo? Rebranding (pivoting lol)? New ownership? Excited for Oktoberfest?”

This is a curious one, there’s no indication of anything on their social media or website.

C writes: “It seems Silo in 5th Street is trying a rebrand for fall.”

And Peter reports: “they scrapped off the silo markings from above the door and in the middle window.”

Stay tuned.
