As I turned down 15th Street from Connecticut this morning I heard a second line band playing – it paraded down from what looked like St. Matthews to Caruso Florist to wish Mr. Caruso a happy birthday. That’s Mr. Caruso in the middle and you can see the man on the right holding a birthday cake. It truly brought me so much joy.”
