“Columbia Room (124 Blagden Alley NW) is set to debut the first tasting menu created by newly appointed Beverage Manager Paul Taylor on Tuesday, August 6. The menu, titled “So Bad, It’s Good,” pays homage to once-lowbrow drinks with high-low mashup creations that are simultaneously nostalgic and forward-thinking.
The So Bad, It’s Good menu features four courses, each presenting a re-imagined throwback cocktail alongside an equally imaginative food pairing from Columbia Room Culinary Director Johnny Spero.
