“Franklin Hall, Tin Shop’s American beer hall located in the historic Manhattan Laundry building near the bustling 14th Street corridor host “Pitch a Friend,” a dating competition in partnership with Dogfish Head brewery on Friday June 21 at 8pm. “Pitch a Friend” is modeled off the show “Shark Tank,” but for singles rather than start-ups. Presenters will pitch their single friends to the crowd, followed by a Q&A and mingling with pitchees. The event is free and open to the public, and ten candidates will be chosen in advance of the event to present their friends. Pitchers and pitchees will receive complimentary drink vouchers. Submissions for pitches are being accepted through June 1st here and more details about the event can be found here.
