Just heard last night that Maddy’s on Connecticut Ave. will be closing on February 15th. Apparently being purchased by the same guys that own Mad Hatter.”
Whoa, anyone else hear this? Maddy’s opened up here back in 2009.

“Maddy’s Bar and Grille is named after Madeline Shields. Maddy was a mother, a school teacher, and a fighter. She lost her battle with cancer in 2003, and in her honor, Maddy’s Bar and Grille will be celebrating her life.”
