Well this is awkward.
Are you serious @washingtongas? The neighbors moved out NOT US. YOU TURNED OFF THE WRONG GAS! Now I am freezing and can’t cook. pic.twitter.com/UnaQ4ZDTjm

So @washingtongas cut off my gas for no reason I spent 2.5 hrs on the phone w @washingtongas last night. Had to sleep in the freezing cold. they gave me a number to call at 8am today. I did. They said there is nothing they can do and I have to call customer service… seriously!?

Back on phone with @washingtongas customer service. They say they can’t help now because the supervisor is about to head into a training. ARE. YOU. KIDDING ME. I’ll give you training: help your customer.

Oh good. They transferred me to a full voicemail box. That's nice. Keep up the good work. @PoPville

I called back. Again. And the "Customer Advocate" hung up on me. Can someone please tell me why my gas was shut off for no reason!? After 4 hours on the phone you think @washingtongas could tell me this.

Thanks Mindy! You have been endlessly more helpful then they have been.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!
The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!
What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
