“Coming soon signs for Qualia have been up for at least a few weeks at Harry Thomas Way and Eckington Place NE (bottom of the Gale apt. complex).”
The owner of Qualia tells me that while construction has been completed they are still working on the permitting process. Stay tuned for an opening date in the near(ish) future!
