Well, it’s nice that they’ve given Trump cover for the embarrassing turnout…

Just wrong, we need to move forward as a community and a nation.

Protesting is rooted in the foundation of our democracy.

Sounds familiar. I think that’s what was the mindset was to kick off Ferguson and Occupy Wall Street. I do believe in peaceful protests but not when they can cause more harm than good.

You sound familiar. Is this Kellyanne Conway?

To quote Thomas Jefferson in his letter to James Madison regarding the failed Shays’ Rebellion:

“Even this evil is productive of good. It prevents the degeneracy of government, and nourishes a general attention to the public affairs. I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.1 Unsuccesful rebellions indeed generally establish the incroachments on the rights of the people which have produced them. An observation of this truth should render honest republican governors so mild in their punishment of rebellions, as not to discourage them too much. It is a medecine necessary for the sound health of government.”

          Ferguson comes to mind huh?

In terms of more risk than reward protesting, yes.

Why? We’ve moved backwards as a nation. This isn’t something we should stand by and be proud of. It’s…Embarrassing at best.

What’s wrong? You want us to just bend over and take it from a man who ran a scorched earth campaign?

    Delicious tears.
