For as much as the residents pay to live in that building I guess I expected at least decent security footage of the robbers instead of these blurry shots of the back of their heads and hoods

I haven’t noticed any increase in security or safety precautions in this building since the incident. It looks like management has kept the same number of front desk employees and no noticeable increase in security personnel. I was wondering if I’d see additional staff doing walks, making sure outside doors were closed, etc., but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Very troubling.

Since the building has been doing a horrible job of letting the residents know what has been going on, I spoke to a fellow resident. According to the other resident it was a drug deal gone wrong on the 14th floor. The guy that got shot lived there, he has since been evicted. He threw the drugs out his balcony, which is why the police was knocking on the apartments with balconies.
