Thanks to Rachel for sending. Back in October we learned the very good news that Bethesda Bagels would be opening in Navy Yard “sometime in the first quarter of 2017.” Bethesda Bagels opened their first District location in Dupont Circle back in 2011 and it is never not crowded.
