Good Deal or Not Revisited recently looked at a Kalorama Studio that priced at $580. per square foot. In contrast, this studio near the U Street Corridor settled at an impressive $716. per square foot. The most recent sale in the same building for a 771 square foot one bedroom in December 2015 closed at $380,000. or $492. per square foot.

The overall price for this studio was the second lowest price for a condo in the immediate neighborhood (within ¼ miles of the subject property) since the beginning of 2016. There were two studio sales in addition to the subject property. The 24 one bedroom sales in the area this year have ranged from $355,000. to $610,000.

There is currently another (smaller at 386 square feet) studio in the building actively listed for $269,000..
