“Dear PoPville,
What is that foul smell in downtown DC this morning? On my run I could smell it in Chinatown, Mt. Vernon and even closer to McPherson Sq. Smelled like sewage, but worse.”
Anyone else notice this?
Ed. Note: A terrible smell was reported from Brookland to the Capitol back in late May.
