From a press release:

“Springtime at The Yards will bring the opening of Ice Cream Jubilee, the first dedicated store location for the popular DC ice cream brand that won the People’s Choice award at the DC Scoop competition last July. The 1,076 square foot store will be located in the Lumber Shed on Water Street at Third Street SE in The Yards, DC’s exciting new waterfront neighborhood in the Capitol Riverfront area.

Featuring a wide variety of creative flavors including Thai Iced Tea, Banana Bourbon Caramel, and Peanut Butter and Jam, made with local cream and other delicious ingredients, the Ice Cream Jubilee store at The Yards will offer ice cream and sorbet lovers of all tastes and ages individual servings, as well as a selection of pre-packaged half pints in a wide variety of exotic flavors that have quickly become DC favorites. Special limited-time seasonal flavors will also be available through the new store.

“Ice Cream Jubilee is the perfect complement to the growing array of places to eat and enjoy at The Yards,” said Deborah Ratner Salzberg, president of Forest City Washington and self- described ice cream aficionado. “It will be located at the edge of Yards Park which is the perfect setting to enjoy their imaginative ice creams and sorbets on a sunny day, or just about any day in my book.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
