Please try to come a few minutes early, help yourself to some refreshments and find the table of your choice so that we can start on time. Instead of having the sign-in table in front, we’ll have separate sign-in sheets for each small group table. Please be sure to sign-in and give your e-mail address, especially if you’re not already on NWCHCA’s mailing list.

7:40 PM: Ten-minute warning – jot down your points for the summary presentation. List follow-up actions if any.
7:50 PM: Ten-minute break
8:00 PM: Small-Group Presentations (about 2 minutes each and a few minutes of questions/discussion from the audience
8:30 PM (may run late if there’s much discussion): Wrap up & goodbye.
