“Flywheel Sports opened it’s second D.C. studio in CityCenterDC”

Flywheel CCDC

From a press release:

“Tuesday, June 28, indoor cycling brand Flywheel Sports open[ed] it’s second D.C. studio in CityCenterDC. The facility, located within the vibrant retail and residential district, features stadium-style indoor cycling as well as FlyBarre, a complementary total-body sculpting class. With a staggering 73 bikes and 22 mats, the CCDC studio marks Flywheel’s largest D.C. location, while boasting more than 36 nationwide facilities. Individual Flywheel and FlyBarre classes start at $28, which includes indoor cycling shoe rental.

Flywheel CCDC features the brand’s new look and enhanced personalized in-stadium technology aimed at elevating each rider’s individual needs and experience. The studio includes Flywheel’s signature tech pack — a small computer affixed to each high-tech bike accurately showcases each rider’s Torq (resistance), RPM (speed) and Power throughout the ride. Additionally, the tech pack greets riders by their first name prior to the start of class. Riders will still be able to voluntarily choose to display their performance stats on the flat-screen TorqBoard located at the front of every studio, showing off class leaders and allowing for friendly competition.

Flywheel also features new class offerings alongside signature favorites including FlyBeats — an endurance ride set entirely to the beat of a carefully curated playlist. The D.C. location will soon offer Power 30 — a high-impact and results-driven 30-minute ride that packs the punch of a signature 45-minute Flywheel class.

After each ride, comprehensive data will be stored and made available to riders on the recently revamped app as well as on the dashboard of the website: www.flywheelsports.com, facilitating individual goal setting and additional performance tracking. Riders will also be able to enjoy class suggestions based off prior experience, including class time and type preference and instructor teaching style, one of the many unique elements positioning the brand at the forefront of the fitness industry.

“We’re excited to open our second home in the nation’s capital,” says Flywheel co-founder Ruth Zukerman. “This is an exciting time for Flywheel as we’re enhancing our experience for riders across a number of areas, including our class offerings, our website, our app and our in-stadium technology that layers in wellness and community, in addition to fitness. We strive to provide an immersive experience from the minute you walk through our doors and CityCenterDC will be no different.”

Flywheel CityCenterDC is located at 824 9th St. NW Unit B.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
