  • If they get this price, then I know I’m not charging enough for my 2 BR, 1Bath, 800 sqft top floor unit nearby. Good to know, although I expect they’ll struggle to get that price in February. Maybe in June/July………..

  • I used to live two blocks from there. Not a nice/bustling enough area to charge that rate, even if the interior looks as good as that.

  • I like (what I can see of) that sofa – anyone know where it’s from?

  • Tiny rooms. Skylights are more trouble than their worth–cleaning, leaking. Someone will criticize the finishes, although the kitchen looks fine. But everything is small and there are no “premium amenities (parking, 24 hour desk, in-suite w/d). This isn’t Logan Circle. This isn’t a bargain. It’s a generic after WWII building with little character, not a “boutique” anything.

  • I used to live in this building- it’s fine, but pretty small- and as others have pointed out, there aren’t really any amenities included. But the area is great. Sure, it’s not Logan Circle, but that’s ok- because it’s Eastern Market, which is one of the nicest ‘hoods in the city. This building is a four minute walk to the metro and close to all the great restaurants on Barracks Row, as well as the increasingly good restaurants on Penn Ave. I don’t think the price is a deal, but I think it’s generally spot on for the area and what you’ll get.
