  • Before anybody gets confused, it’s 3 bedrooms.

  • I’d haggle it down to $3200 and call it a day. If you had two full baths, you’d be able to get this price.

  • i am inclined to say that this is maybe a few hundred dollars overpriced. only because i would assume this will go to a group and the prospect of paying over 1100k+/mo to be off Sherman and share a bathroom seems just a tad overpriced. lovely home though.

    • Yep, this is exactly my line of thought. I ain’t paying more than $1100 to share a bathroom with two other people in the morning. There’s plenty of better priced group houses out there.

    • Sherman is not that bad or at least not any worst than anywhere else in that area, at least not until you’re south of Irving.

      • Sherman is not that bad at all, I agree. But it is it is a little rougher around the edges and a bit less convenient (for those who like their amenities to be outside their door) than say between 11th street and 16th street.

  • “Trendy Giant food?” Because “epic craphole Giant” was too honest?

  • it sucks so bad that it’s hip!

  • Why would I pay almost $1200 to share a house with two other people way over by Sherman? Overpriced.

  • I wonder why the owner has renovated the place but isn’t trying to sell it. I’m also a little surprised that it’s apparently being advertised before the renovation is complete (“Off street parking to be created & W/D to be installed”).

  • can anyone tell if this price includes utilities? or would you have to pay them separately?
