The “Bubble and Squeak” is a traditional English meal made with a winter root vegetable hash, roasted brussels sprouts, and a pork sausage named for the sound of being roasted over the fire in the old English kitchen.
Our new winter menu is now out, and our Bubble and Squeak is delicious. We also have a beer braised short-rib with fresh stone ground polenta and Kabocha squash, and a beautiful scallop corn chowder.
Also, Reid’s Orchard hot mulled cider is back, and it will definitely warm you up with a little Bulleit bourbon and Clear Creek apple jack.
