Hope you get her back soon
Unfortunately, many of the older residents would prefer empty storefronts over anything...
I had a Yorkie and it pains me to recall thoughts of when my see you next Tuesday gf left...
I hope your prayers are answered.
Our thoughts are with you.
so where is the second bedroom? I don’t see it in the photos or the diagram.
Great location, good square footage, parking included… yeah, $3k per month for rent is more than many mortgages, but not bad if one were only looking to rent for a year or two.
Ouch. That 2nd bedroom is really a den, but it looks pretty cramped in that floor plan. We rented in this building in ’08-10 and paid $2,100 for a better layout, bigger den and a large patio (no parking spot though). I can’t imagine paying $3k just 2 years later! Glad we finally purchased something in the district. The rent is too damn high!
My wife and lived in this building for a few years. It’s a great building, with awesome units, in an ideal location. We never had a complaint. If this is a real 2 bedroom/bath, then the price is competitive, esp with the parking. If it’s actually a 1 bedroom + den, then it’s a few hundred too high.
“Sect 8 welcome”
Ah, no wonder it’s so cheap.
Sect. 8 Welcome?! That’s nice… I’m glad that the Middle Class is getting so much help… oh wait… the middle class is the only one NOT getting any help. USA!
I don’t know, as expensive as it is to live in this city, if you were making average American middle-class wages here, you’d probably qualify for Section 8 housing!
