PoP Pho Patrol: Sprig & Sprout Aiming for an Early to Mid-October Opening in Glover Park

Back in June we learned a bit about Sprig & Sprout coming to 2317 Wisconsin Ave, NW in Glover Park. The owner sends a quick update saying that:
“We probably won’t open doors till early to mid October.”
But their website has been updated and you can check out their awesome looking menu here. Looking forward to the October opening!

That’s exactly what I was thinking. I really dislike winter weather, but having Pho down the street will make it much more tolerable (assuming it’s really good)!
I hope it’s better than Bon Mi. Then again, that shouldn’t be too hard.
Our Banh Mi are going to be the traditional Vietnamese style that I grew up with. No fancied up, fusion versions here! And along with a hot bowl of pho, you can get a nice cocktail to warm you up too!
We can’t wait to get our doors open…just need to get over a contractor issue and we are roaring to go.
We will come down from Boston for the opening!! Love you guys.
