Not a wonderful deal. Hideous, useless kitchen. Very uninspired space. Slightly overpriced for what it looks like inside, but probably not too far off given the neighborhood. Good deal for a sucker with plenty of money to burn!
Not the best floor plan in the building. They don’t say what floor, either, which would affect the kind view you have. the building has parking available but it would run ~200/mo from either the condo association or an in-building owner.
